Welcome to My Garden
If you have found your way here, then I already know something about you. You are a woman who takes her inner life seriously. You understand that the work of becoming — real becoming, the kind that changes not just your circumstances but your very bearing in the world — is among the most important work there is.
I have spent more than three decades walking alongside women in the most tender and turbulent seasons of their lives. As a therapist, I have sat in rooms where grief was so thick it had a weight and a texture. As an entrepreneur, I have watched women discover, again and again, that caring for themselves was not selfishness — it was sovereignty.
Everything I have written, every workshop I have built, every product I have created through Soul Purpose — all of it has been grown from one stubborn, joyful belief: that you deserve a full life. Not a managed life. Not a survived life. A full one.
In 2026, I am planting new seeds. I invite you to plant alongside me. The ground is ready. The season is right. And there is more than enough room in this garden for all of us to bloom.

Homer’s Odyssey is not just a tale of heroism but a story of the human spirit’s quest for belonging. As Odysseus battles the forces of nature, mythical creatures, and divine will, the poem reflects on loyalty, identity, and the longing for home on a universal journey across time.
The Odyssey is the tale of Ulysses, also known as Odysseus, and his heroic journey home after the Trojan War. Facing mythical beasts, wrathful gods, and his inner struggles, our hero celebrates the resilience of the human spirit. The story continues to captivate readers with its profound themes of loyalty, ingenuity, and the enduring quest for home.
